As a home buyer, I’m fortunate to have had Abhishek represent me as my agent. From the get go, he was prompt in searching for the type of homes I was interested in buying. For all the home viewings I did, he always came with me to view the property and provided his expert opinion and candid advice about the home (its condition, price, growth perspective, etc). During the offer negotiation phase, he represented my interest very fairly and in the end I closed the deal at a better price than what the seller was initially asking. He went beyond that and even arranged for the home inspection.
