We got Andy to sell a house that we owned. The write up that he wrote was so well done and the way that he included all the little details of our home almost made us want to keep it. On the largest snowstorm of the season, with no access to the property, Andy sold it for the exact price that we wanted and it was executed according to his original game plan.
