  10. We will host Open Houses and showings until an offer – or offers – have been presented. We will guide you through the details of each offer to ensure you get top dollar for your home while protecting your best interests.
  11. Once you have accepted an offer, we will coordinate all actions needed to finalize the sale between you and the seller. This includes coordinating payments, meeting conditions, completing paperwork, and exchanging the keys to the home.
